Professional conduct

This is a professional massage therapy service. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, language or requests for sexual services will not be tolerated. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, refusal of future bookings, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

What qualifications do you hold?

I’m a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and originally trained in beauty/spa massage therapy in 2011. I’ve trained in deep tissue, pregnancy massage, oncology(cancer therapy) massage, lymphatic drainage, and more. I’m also a registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) - so you can feel confident you’re in safe, professional hands.

What should I wear to my treatment?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You’ll always be covered with soft, fluffy towels throughout your massage treatment, and I’ll explain clearly what areas we’ll be working on. You’ll have privacy to change before and after your session.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via cash or card at the end of your treatment. At the time of booking through my secure online booking system, a card is required to secure and confirm your booking, but no payment will be taken until the end of your appointment or in the event of a late cancellation. Gift vouchers are available too.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your slot to someone else who may be in need of support. Cancellations or no shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

What happens if I’m running late to my appointment?

Please try to let me know asap if you are running late to your appointment. Lateness will cut into your treatment time so it is recommended to arrive five minutes early to make the most of your appointment. I kindly ask that you don’t arrive earlier than five minutes, as I don’t have a waiting area and may be with another client.

Do you treat male clients?

Yes, I do – though at this time I only welcome new male clients who have been personally referred by an existing client or fellow therapist.

Do I need to complete a consultation form?

Yes – ahead of your first visit, in your confirmation you’ll be asked to complete a short consultation form, securely online. This helps me to understand what your body needs and tailor your treatment accordingly. All information is kept private and secure.

Can I have a treatment if I’ve had cancer or cancer treatment?

Yes - I’ve had specialist training with Wellness For Cancer to safely support and nurture clients who are going through or recovering from cancer. Every session is adapted with great care and sensitivity, depending on your health, treatment, or recovery journey.

Where are you based?

My treatment room is based at my home along Campden Road in Shipston-on-Stour. It’s a peaceful, welcoming space designed for rest and relaxation. For privacy reasons, full address details are shared in your booking confirmation. There is also plenty of parking available.

Do you offer any other services?

Alongside massage treatments, I also offer support to premium-luxury spas and wellness businesses – including ad hoc treatment cover, admin assistance, and digital help like social media marketing. (Find out more here).
